Viewing Account Details

Follow these steps to view your account contact information or dynamic provisioning order history, or to download a registration file:

Select Account in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click View Account Details in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Click Back to return to the previous page

To change your account information, contact Technical Support (https://support.broadcom.com) and request an Account Change Request form.

To change the technical support contact information that appears in the Help and Support link and system-generated emails for your customers, enter text and contact information to append to the base contact statement. For example, your content will be appended to the sentence If you have questions or need further assistance, contact customer support at <your contact information>.
VIP Manager can be configured to require two-factor authentication for VIP administrators. It can also be configured to allow users and VIP administrators to authenticate using an IDP for Single Sign-on (SSO). Follow these steps to view or change these settings:

Select Account in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click the Single Sign-on tab.

You see a table with details about the Single Sign-on settings for your account.

Click Edit next to Require Two-factor Authentication or IDP Service Settings to configure these features.

Click Submit to save any changes made for these features.

Click Back to return to the VIP Manager Home page.

Account Features is a service that allows you to view the Symantec-enabled features available in your VIP account, such as:

Self Service Portal Policy for SMS (Text Message)

Self Service Portal Policy for Voice Call

Out-of-Band Authentication - Voice

Out-of-Band Authentication - SMS

Out-of-Band Authentication - Email

My VIP email notifications

Report streaming

Role-based Access Control

OAuth Authentication Credential

Administrator Action Email Notifications

Follow these steps to view the Symantec-enabled account features for your account.

Select Account in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click the Features tab.

You see a table with details about the account features enabled for your account.

Click Back to return to the VIP Manager Home page.

Dynamic provisioning is a Symantec service that allows you to enable new VIP credentials on the VIP network on demand. Follow these steps to view accounting information for the dynamically provisioned credentials you have ordered and used.

Select Account in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click View Account Details in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Click the Dynamic Provisioning tab.

You see a table with details about the dynamically provisioned credentials you have ordered. You can sort this table by any of the columns.

Click Back to return to the VIP Manager Home page.
