Credential Reports

To generate a snapshot report that identifies the current number of credentials for each credential state:

Select Reports in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click Credential Reports in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Select "Current count of credentials registered at your organization."

Click Generate Report.

To generate a historical report that identifies the number of credentials for each credential state within a selected date range:

Select Reports in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click Credential Reports in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Select "Historical count of credentials registered at your organization."

Select a date range from the drop-down menu, or specify both a start and end date in the provided fields.

Select a filter option to view a daily (no filter), weekly (last day of each week), or monthly (last day of each month) report.

Select an option to view this report with or without the issuer type displayed(Your Organization or Other VIP Member Organization). If you select No, the report includes the number of active credentials in the last year.

Click Generate Report.

To generate a snapshot report that identifies the number of credentials for each credential state on a given date (displaying credential states only for credentials issued by your customers or other VIP member sites):

Select Reports in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click Credential Reports in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Select "Historical count of credentials for each of your customers."

Specify a date to capture in the report.

Select an option to view this report with or without the issuer type displayed(Your Organization or Other VIP Member Organization). If you select No, the report includes the number of active credentials in the last year.

Click Generate Report.

To generate a snapshot report that identifies the number of credential transactions that have either succeeded or failed:

Select Reports in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click Credential Reports in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Select "Transaction summary of credentials registered at your organization."

Select a filter option to view a daily, weekly, or monthly report. Weekly and monthly reports are summarized on the last day of each week or month, respectively.

Select a date range from the drop-down menu, or specify both a start and end date in the provided fields.

Click Generate Report.
To generate a snapshot report that identifies the number of SMS credential transactions that have either succeeded or failed:

Note: This report is disabled by default. To view this report, contact your account representative to enable it.

Select Reports in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click Credential Reports in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Select "Transaction summary of SMS credentials registered at your organization."

Select a filter option to view a daily, weekly, or monthly report. Weekly and monthly reports are summarized on the last day of each week or month, respectively.

Select a date range from the drop-down menu, or specify both a start and end date in the provided fields.

Click Generate Report.

If a transaction fails because the user did not respond to the SMS notification in time, the transaction is listed in the Failed (Expired) column. The Failed (Expired) column is a subset of the Failed (All) column; expired transactions are included in the total that is listed in the Failed (All) column.
To generate a snapshot report that provides a monthly summary of credential transactions for each of your customers:

Select Reports in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click Credential Reports in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Select "Transaction summary for each of your customers."

Specify a month and year to capture in the report.

Click Generate Report.

To generate a snapshot report that identifies the total usage for SMS and Voice credentials:

Select Reports in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click Credential Reports in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Select "SMS/Voice Usage Report."

Select a date range from the drop-down options.

Click Generate Report.

To generate a snapshot report that identifies the number of credentials that will expire within a selected date range:

Select Reports in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click Credential Reports in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Select "List of credentials based on expiration date."

Select a date range from the drop-down menu, or specify both a start and end date in the provided fields.

Click Generate Report.

To generate a snapshot report that lists all of the VIP Access for Mobile credentials that have been migrated within a selected date range and their states:

Select Reports in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click Credential Reports in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Select "Historical report of VIP Access for Mobile credential migration details."

Select a date range from the drop-down menu, or specify both a start and end date in the provided fields.

Click Generate Report.

The report returns a list of all credentials in your account that have been migrated during the specified time frame, even if the credential was issued by another organization. The report includes the current credential state and the last time that they were migrated. If a credential was migrated multiple times, only the most recent migration is displayed.
