Managing Your Profile

You may need to update VIP Manager with changes to your own account. To change your own account information, follow these steps:

After you Sign In to VIP Manager, select your email address in the upper-right corner of the page.

From the drop-down menu, select Manage Profile.

To change the name associated with your account, type a new first name or last name in the First Name or Last Name field.

To change your password, type a new password in the New Password field. Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters, must contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter, plus one number. For stronger passwords, include special characters such as ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ - + = ` | \ ) ( } ] [ : ; " < > , . ? or /.

Confirm your password in the Re-enter Password field.

To add a credential to your account, select Register New Credential. To remove a credential, select Remove Credential.

To choose a different time zone displayed within VIP Manager, select an option from the drop-down menu. Pacific Time (US and Canada) is the default setting.

Select Save Changes to update VIP Manager with your new profile information.
