For performance reasons, VIP generates offline files when the following conditions occur. You can download these files and work with them offline.

	If you request a CSV file of a User Detail report (from a search of users on the Users page) that contains more than 100,000 users. Note that if you request a CSV file of a User Summary report (formerly a User Credential report) that contains more than 500,000 users, the CSV file truncates after the first 500,000 rows.
	If you request an End User Transaction report (from the Reports page) that contains more than 500,000 rows. Note that VIP reports have an upper limit of 5 million records.

You can request up to 5 files at a time. If you reach that limit, you must wait until one or more files are generated to request additional reports. Optionally, you can refine your search criteria to produce a report with fewer records.

You are notified by email when the file is ready to be downloaded. Offline reports expire and are removed from the system one day after they are generated

To download an offline file, follow these steps:

	Select Reports in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
	Click Offline Files in the Links pane on the right side of the page.
	Click the download icon next to the report you want to download and save the report to your computer

VIP may break large reports into smaller parts. Once all parts are ready for download, they appear on the Offline Files page. Download each part separately.
