Find Member Accounts

Before a new member account can get started using VIP Manager, you must create an initial administrator to manage that account. To create the initial administrator, locate the account on the Member Account Setup page, or use the Find Member Accounts page to search for the account.

Important: If you have already created an initial administrator for an account, the account will not be listed on the Member Account Setup page, and you cannot find the account using the Find Member Accounts page.

When you create an initial administrator for an account, the initial administrator must have sufficient privileges to use all of the customer-facing features in the online tool (VIP Account Management, Credential Settings, and Credential Reports).
Use the Find Member Accounts page to search for a specific VIP member organization.

Select Account in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Click Find Member Accounts in the Links pane on the right side of the page.

Select a category from the Search For drop-down list, and enter the appropriate search criteria:

If you are searching for an account by organization, organizational unit, or jurisdiction hash, type the data in the Search Criteria field. You can search for either whole words or the first few characters of a word for the organization or organizational unit. Searches for jurisdiction hash must be an exact match.

If you are searching for an account by the contact email address, enter the email address of the Corporate Contact, Technical Contact, or Billing Contact assigned to an account. You can search for whole email addresses or a partial email address. VIP Manager does not support wildcard searches.

If you are searching for an account by member type or service type, select an option from the applicable Search Criteria drop-down list.

If you are searching for an account by the date it will expire, select a date range from the Time Span drop-down list or enter your own start and end dates.

If you are searching for an account by its account status, select a status option from the Search Criteria drop-down list.

If you are searching for an account by the Sales Order Number or the Serial Number, you can search for the whole number or a partial number.
