Find Member Accounts
Before a new member account can get started using VIP Manager, you must create an initial administrator to manage that account. To create the initial administrator, locate the account on the Member Account Setup page, or use the Find Member Accounts page to search for the account.
Important: If you have already created an initial administrator for an account, the account will not be listed on the Member Account Setup page, and you cannot find the account using the Find Member Accounts page.
When you create an initial administrator for an account, the initial administrator must have sufficient privileges to use all of the customer-facing features in the online tool (VIP Account Management, Credential Settings, and Credential Reports).
Use the Find Member Accounts page to search for a specific VIP member organization.
To view account information, dynamic provisioning order details, or a history of audit notes for an individual VIP member account, follow the steps below. You can also access a registration file for download.
The following steps are provided for VIP accounts migrated from AMT. When using VIP Manager, the administrator accounts for corporate and technical contacts are created as part of the account enrollment and approval process.
To create a VIP administrator account for an organization's technical contact:
For existing VIP member accounts, you can edit account information, edit dynamic provisioning orders, or delete dynamic provisioning orders:

If you decide to suspend a member account, the suspended organization can no longer Sign In to VIP Manager or use VIP services to validate credentials. To suspend a VIP member account:
You can delete a member account that is currently suspended. To delete a suspended VIP member account from the Member Accounts table:
Note: When deleting a member account, all users associated with the organization are also removed.
You can reactivate a member account that is currently suspended. To reactivate a suspended VIP member account:

Select a category from the Search For drop-down list, and enter the appropriate search criteria:

| Click Search. Your search results are displayed in the Member Accounts table. |

| Select the applicable tab for viewing or file download. |


To create a VIP administrator account for an organization's technical contact:
| Find the member account as described in Find Member Accounts. | |
| Click Create Admin in the Action column of the Member Accounts table for the particular account. | |
| On the Create Administrator page, verify the account details, and provide applicable comments in the Audit Notes field. | |
| Click Create Administrator. A status message appears at the top of the Member Accounts page that indicates whether the VIP administrator account has been successfully created. |

On the Account Summary page, select the applicable tab to view specific details of the account.

| On the Account Summary page, select the Features tab to view the features currently enabled. | |||||||

| On the Account Summary page, select the Dynamic Provisioning tab. | |
| Click Add New Order Information. | |
| On the Add Dynamic Provisioning Order Information page, enter all required information, and provide applicable comments in the Audit Notes field. | |
| Click Add Order. A status message appears at the top of the Account Summary page that indicates whether the order information has been successfully added to the database. |

| Click Suspend in the Action column of the Member Accounts table for the particular account. | |
| On the confirmation page, provide applicable comments in the Audit Notes field. | |
| Click Suspend Account. A status message appears at the top of the Find Member Accounts page that indicates whether the member account has been successfully suspended. |


| Find the member account as described in Find Member Accounts. | |
| Click Delete in the Action column of the Member Accounts table for the particular account. | |
| On the confirmation page, provide applicable comments in the Audit Notes field. | |
| Click Delete Account. A status message appears at the top of the Find Member Accounts page that indicates whether the member account has been successfully removed. |
Note: When deleting a member account, all users associated with the organization are also removed.

| Click Reactivate in the Action column of the Member Accounts table for the particular account. | |
| On the confirmation page, provide applicable comments in the Audit Notes field. | |
| Click Reactivate Account to change the status of the account to Active. A status message appears at the top of the Find Member Accounts page that indicates whether the member account has been successfully reactivated. |
