You can verify that a single user has successfully upgraded to a Trusted Device credential by viewing the credential details in VIP Manager. The version number appears in the Version field (the Version field does not appear for credentials earlier than 1.16). Users can verify that the credential has been successfully upgraded by viewing the credential details in the Self Service Portal Diagnostics page.

For tracking purposes, you may choose to identify all users that have upgraded to the latest Trusted Device credential.

To identify all users that have upgraded to the latest Trusted Device credential:

	Access VIP Manager.
	Click Users in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
	Filter the list of users by selecting the Remembered device credential type in the left pane.
	Click Export to CSV in the top right corner of the search results, and save the resulting .csv file.
	Using a standard spreadsheet editor, open the .csv file. The version number appears in the Version column. The Version column is empty if the user has a version of the Registered Computer credential earlier than 1.16.
