View Audit Reports
To generate a report of audited transactions performed on this account, follow these steps:
| Select Reports in the navigation bar at the top of the page. | |
| Click View Audit Reports in the Links pane on the right side of the page. | |
| Select for which component (VIP Manager, My VIP, or Self Service Portal) you want to view the audit report. | |
| Select a date range from the drop-down menu, or specify both a start and end date in the provided fields. | |
| Select the type of actions for which to search from the Action drop-down list. | |
| Optionally, type the first or last name of the administrator whose actions for which to search. You can search for whole names or the first few letters of a name. VIP Manager does not support wildcard searches. |

| Select Account Configuration to search for actions that are logged when an administrator performs an action to configure overall account settings. | |
| Select Certificate Management to search for actions that are logged when an administrator requests or downloads a certificate from VIP Manager. | |
| Select Credential Management to search for actions that are logged when an administrator performs an action against a credential or temporary code. This includes configuring credential and SMS settings. | |
| Select Credential Security Settings to search for actions that are logged when an administrator modifies the credential or SMS, Voice, Email, or Service-generated security code security settings. | |
| Select File Download to search for actions that are logged when an administrator requests and downloads files from VIP Manager. | |
| Select Login to search for actions that are logged when a user logs in to your site with a credential or a temporary password. This includes password reset and OTP validation actions. | |
| Select VIP Administrator Management to search for actions that are logged when an administrator performs an action against an end user or another administrator, such as creating or deleting the user or administrator. This includes modifying administrator permissions. Group actions include adding, editing, or removing a user or administrator group. | |
| Select VIP End User Management to search for actions that are logged when an administrator performs an action against an end user, such as creating or deleting the user. This includes registering or removing a credential, and unlocking an end user. Group actions include adding, editing, or removing a user group, as well as adding or editing a user group policy. | |
| Select Email Template Configuration to search for actions that are logged when an administrator configures or modifies the email templates. |
